Q: How do you ship and
what is the cost?
A:
We ship UPS ground. Cost is based on the weight of the package and the
destination zip code. We charge only what UPS Bills us. No handling fees or add
on's. We are happy to quote shipping on any item. When you complete your order
request form, we will respond to you with a total, including shipping. You can
also e-mail us at mail@mbkwholesale.com. Include your zip code and the item
number(s) and quantity(s) you are interested in. Unlike some companies and web
sites, we do not believe in advertising low prices and than making our money on
shipping. We are not in the shipping business.
Q: Do you have a minimum
order requirement?
A:
If you are ordering in less than case lot quantities, there is a small minimum
of $ 100.00.
If you order two or more cases in case lot quantities, We will waive the
minimum.
Q: What is the length
of time it takes to get an order once it is placed?
A:
We normally ship case lot orders within two business days. Items requiring
re-packing take an extra day.
Q: Is the order form secure?
A:
Yes it is. Our web site holds a "COMODO" Certificate, which not only secures
our page views, but also confirms we are a legitimate business with a Dunn and
Bradstreet Rating. We have secured the registration form and the order form for
your safety. If you do not get a lock when you access our order form, go to one
of the pages with the large "ORDER NOW" and click on that.
Q: How do I order?
A:
Just fill out the Order Request form and we will do the rest. We will e-mail
you with a total, including shipping. In most cases we will have it in route to
you within 2 business days.

Q: What Payment Methods
do you accept?
A: We can process your order using Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Online Payments. We will also accept a Money
Order and Cashiers Check for pre-paid orders. Just choose the payment method
when you complete your Order Request Form.
Q: Are your items Guaranteed?
A:
Yes, we want you to be happy. If there is damaged or non working items, we will
replace any merchandise or give you your money back. If you are not happy with
what you have received, just return it within 15 days for a full merchandise
refund (less shipping). We make every effort to represent all items honestly
and clearly. We make a reasonable effort to check into branded items to insure
they are real. We accept no liability beyond a full refund of the purchase
price if something is not a true branded item.
Q: Do you have a print
catalog?
A:
Our goal is for all our customers to have access to a new and ever-changing
selection of merchandise. We post new products every 7-10 days and we price our
items to move. It would be impossible to keep a print catalog up to date. You
can place your information on our confidential registration list by CLICKING HERE. You will be notified each time new
merchandise is added and you will also receive case lot discount specials only
offered to registered customers.
Q: Can I visit your warehouse?
A:
Yes you can. We are only 35 minutes from the Atlanta Airport and 15 minutes off
of Interstate 85. You MUST contact us to set up an appointment with one of our
staff members to insure someone will be available. We can not help casual walk
ins without an appointment. We also request that you pre-order most of what you
think you will want so we can have it ready for you. All warehouse orders are
by the case only, with a minimum of $500.00.
Q: Do you drop ship?
A:
We do offer a drop ship program within the continental US and Canada! We only
provide wholesale drop shipping BY THE CASE LOT because we have found no way
for you to truly make money selling drop shipped items one or two at a time.
Many companies that offer drop shipping by the piece are making their money off
of your "membership" fees and are pricing items so high that it is impossible
to consistently sell their products one at a time and make a profit. We have
many customers that are making very good full time and part time money using
our program. Best of all there are no membership fees, hidden charges or add on
costs.
Here is how it works:
Sell any items we have by the case lot (no drop ships are done
that are less than a full case of the item you are requesting) and collect the
money from your customer, including shipping costs. Place an order with us and
indicate in the comment section that it is to be drop shipped and provide the
shipping name and address you need it to go to. We will send it out to your
customer, placing your information in the return area of the UPS label. Your
customer will never know where it came from. There are many places to sell on
line, including auctions, free for sale surplus postings, etc. You can copy any
photos from our web site and use them, as you would like.
After you have completed your second drop ship order with us,
your product price will always be the lowest multi-case price listed on our
site. This way you can price at or a little above our single case price and
make a profit. Price any way you want. But remember, you make money wholesaling
by volume, not by marking items up 50%. You may price yourself out of the
market. You will be very competitive within 10% of our web site pricing.
Once you are set up as a drop-shipper with a credit card on
file, you can skip the full order form and just e-mail us with the order and
shipping address.
To figure shipping costs to your customers, just request the
weight of the case lot you are interested in selling, then you can calculate
shipping from the UPS on-line cost calculator at:

Put in our zip as the origin (30269) and the customers zip as
the destination (the rest of the address does not need to be entered). Always
click "yes" for Residential address, and then choose the number of packages.
On the next page choose "UPS Customer Counter" for the drop
off location and "Your Packaging" for package type. Enter the weight. The
measurements are not entered (leave those boxes blank); they are within the
default of UPS. This will give you a good estimate of shipping costs from us to
your customer. We get a little lower rate and pass the savings on to you. This
calculation should be a little high most of the time, which will give you a
slight buffer.
Q:
Do you ship to Canada?
A:
Yes, we Ship UPS Ground to Canada. However, due to the arbitrary and capricious
nature of the Canada Customs Agency we are no longer shipping knives of any
kind to Canada.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A:
We only ship within the continental US and Canada, however we do have many
customers that export our items. If you would like to purchase our items and
you reside outside of our shipping area, just set up the transportation
arrangements with a freight forwarder within the continental US and provide us
with their information when you order. We will ship your order to them and they
will take care of it from there. You can find freight forwarders by a simple
search on the internet or contact your local customs office and they will
provide you with a list of freight forwarders that operate in your country and
in the US.
